Creativity is weird, sometimes it just seems to come so easy, and you can create forever. Sometimes inspiration and creativity just come naturally. Sometimes though it’s feels like there is no creativity left and we need a little push to keep going. Sometimes it feels like it isn’t worth all the hard work we want to just throw it all away.
Every now again we need someone else to tell us to keep on creating and with that thought in mind I was reminded of these two YouTube videos. They give you that little extra push you might need some days, a little encouragement when you feel like you have no creativity left to give.
So this is for you, for the creative that needs someone to tell them to keep on creating…
I love Peter MiKinnon’s message of being consistent and to keep creating no matter what. Whatever happens, no matter how uncreative you are feeling, create something every day, even if it is something small or something that no one but you will ever see.
Casey Neistat’s video is just like a kick in the butt. Don’t let people tell you that you can’t. It’s easy for someone to give you all the reason why your dream job, that big idea, or whatever the case may be, is a bad idea but you will never actually know unless you try. You can’t succeed if you don’t take a chance every now and again…
